Remodel & Add Value

Good examples adding value would be adding a 2nd or 3rd Story on an existing Home or Property on a remodel project. One of many ways we can simply add Square Feet.


Due to our extensive connections, we can usually add Square Feet/Additions for less than half the cost of what the Fair Market Value/Sale Price per Square Foot is.

SUPER HOST

We have many AIR BNB Properties and have earned “SUPER HOST” status.


These Properties can generate a very lucrative income/return on Investment, usually 2-3 times as much as leasing/renting.

Property Acquisition

Acquisition of Homes or other Property through pre-foreclosure and/or REO = Bank Owned.


We rescue many Home Owners/Property Owners who have limited options, helping them to avoid foreclosure while protecting their credit, making it easier for them to start over once they’ve re-established their lifestyle.

We then have many options to offer our investors such as;

  • Keep and Lease 

  • Fix and Flip

  • AIR BNB Rental


Of course there is always the option of simply handing the Property over to you, the Investor, if you are looking to add Income Properties to your portfolio.

Land Acquisition

Acquisition of Land that is partially or fully entitled and permit ready or close to it, which we will then Develop. We only develop Single Family/Multi-Family Residential, Retail and Office.

Typically, Private Investors and/or Equity Funds contribute the required Capital for each Project and we obtain the Debt Financing. Usual Equity to Debt Ratios are 30% - 70%.
