Training Programs For Your Children

Do you have adult children who you can't seem to "cut the cord" with financially?
You're not alone.

Many affluent parents have similar issues in this regard. Due to their fame or notoriety, many of our Investor Parents feel their Children can't have a regular job with which they can make their own life and earn their own way.

After numerous requests from Investors, we have developed a training program for their Children aged 18 - 30 that provides them basic training and real world experience for Real Estate Investing. This program will teach them the value of money and show them how to grow rather than blow their inheritance.

Upon completion of our training, they leave with at least one, if not 2 or more Real Estate Assets that make financial sense and are returning positive income. We also teach them how to find and work with other Investors so they are no longer a financial drain on their Parents or are always going to their Parents for Investment Capital.

The course is quite exclusive, the number of attendees is very limited ( 3-5 normally), and is only offered once per year, usually 6 weeks every Fall.

There is an interview process required with BOTH the Parents and the Child/Children before we will even accept them into the training program.
